Shipping policy
General Information
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped, not when it’s placed. Delays may occur during high-volume periods, customs processing, or due to factors outside our control such as carrier delays or weather conditions.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship throughout the United States from our primary fulfillment locations in Maryland and New York.

Standard Shipping (3–4 business days): $10

Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $25
Free local pickup is not currently available.
Canada Shipping
We offer two delivery options for Canadian orders:

Economy International (6–10 business days): $20

Express International (1–2 business days): $40
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees that may apply once the shipment reaches Canada.
International Shipping (Outside North America)
We ship to select international destinations, including Australia, Denmark, France, and other supported countries.

Express International (1–5 business days): $60
International delivery times are estimates and vary by destination. Customers are responsible for all applicable customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are determined by your country’s customs office.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If your tracking number does not update after several days, reach out to contact@sashasorel.com for assistance.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
Sasha Sorel is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist where possible, but all claims must be initiated by the recipient. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, email contact@sashasorel.com and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes to the address once the order has been processed.
