Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Please contact us at contact@sashasorel.com to initiate a return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label (domestic orders only).
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the correct item.
Because our pieces are produced in limited runs, we cannot guarantee availability for exchanges.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

International purchases are final sale at this time.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for international shipments due to customs processing and shipping costs.
